MINISTRIES
The commitment of our staff and leadership at One Purpose Community Church is at the heart of what makes us a living, thriving church. We are dedicated to serving the community and strengthening the impact of our church on people’s lives through various ministries and outreaches in Pataskala, Ohio as well as various satellite missions around the world.
Pastoral Ministry
Pastor Gary Nelson has a heart for people. He loves to see the broken hearted comforted and those who need Godly counsel from the Bible encouraged. He is available seven days a week to men and couples who need prayer or counseling. Call 740-927-8001 to make an appointment.
Men's Ministry
Our men of all ages meet for a Men’s Breakfast every first Saturday of the month at 8:30 (Nutcracker Restaurant Pataskala). We also are ready to lend a hand to those with a need in our community.
Children's Ministry
Our children receive instruction in God’s word every Sunday morning with songs, videos, games, crafts, prayer and a lot of love through our wonderful teachers.
Outreach Ministry
OPCC reaches out to the community each Tuesday with bags of groceries containing fruit, vegetables, dairy and meat products and many other items to help a family or single get through a rough patch. Plus, the volunteers pray with and for every person who receives the groceries. This is not only a blessing to those who receive, but also a huge blessing to all who give. We encourage you to join us or give financially to this ministry.
Women's Ministry
Our Women’s Leadership Team is involved in leading weekly Bible studies and is available for ministry to all women who would like prayer and counsel from God’s word. We also organize holiday and special occasion luncheons and activities for OPCC. Call 740-927-8001 to make an appointment with our Women’s Leadership Team.
Teen Ministry
The teens meet every Sunday morning at 10am and are encouraged in God’s word to know Jesus and to learn His ways. They receive prayer each Sunday and are treated to goodies from various venues.
